Data Protection Officer, What Works for Children's Social Care

Location: London, England

In April 2022 I became the first person ever to add charity research data into the UK Office for National Statistics (ONS), Secure Research Service (SRS) as the formation of a data archive for What Works for Children’s Social Care (WWCSC). This made WWCSC research data ready for secondary use for further research. I also liaised with the UK Department for Education (DfE) for the ability to match WWCSC’s children’s data captured within research, with the National Pupil Database (NPD) ready for future research (also something never previously achieved). My passion is Trusted Research Environments (TREs) and Data Safe Havens for interoperability of personal data for societal development. I'd love to hear from you if you are a blockchain/DLT developer.
